This Privacy Policy explains what information claudescheduler.com ("we", "us") collects when you visit the site or buy The Scheduler Vault, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep this short and plain on purpose.

- Purchase information. When you buy, our payment processor (Stripe) collects your name, email address, and payment details. We receive your name, email, and order details — we never see or store your full card number.
- Communications. If you email us for support or a refund, we keep that correspondence so we can help you.
- Usage data. Like most sites, our hosting provider may log basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, to keep the site secure and working.
How we use your information
- To deliver your purchase and give you access to the vault.
- To process payments, refunds, and receipts.
- To respond to your support requests.
- To send purchase-related notifications and, if you opt in, product updates.
- To detect fraud and keep the service secure.
Third-party services
We rely on a small number of trusted providers to run the business:

- Vercel — website hosting and delivery.
- Resend — transactional and notification email (when enabled).
These providers process data only as needed to perform their service. We do not sell your personal information.

We use a small number of essential cookies — for example, to keep you signed in to your vault after purchase. We do not use cookies to sell your data.
Data retention
We keep purchase and correspondence records for as long as needed to provide the product, meet legal and accounting obligations, and resolve disputes.
