Refund Policy
We stand behind The Scheduler Vault. If it's not right for you, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase — no interrogation, no hoops.
The 30-day guarantee
Every purchase (the $97 Scheduler Vault and the $147 Custom Scheduler Pack) is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied for any reason, email us within 30 days of the purchase date and we'll issue a full refund to your original payment method.
How to request a refund
Send an email to stefan@claudescheduler.com from the address you used at checkout, or simply reply to your Stripe purchase receipt. Include your name and, if you have it handy, your order or receipt number. That's all we need.
How long it takes
Refunds are approved as quickly as we can review them — typically within 2 business days. Once approved, the refund is processed through Stripe and usually appears on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Custom Scheduler Pack
The $147 Custom Scheduler Pack is a hand-built, made-to-order product. It is still covered by the 30-day guarantee. If work has already been delivered and you request a refund, we may ask a quick question to understand what missed the mark — but you remain eligible for a full refund within the 30-day window.
Digital product access
The Scheduler Vault is a digital product delivered instantly. Requesting a refund may end your access to the vault. There is nothing to ship back.
