These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of claudescheduler.com and The Scheduler Vault (the "Product"). By purchasing or using the Product, you agree to these Terms.

1. What you get

The Product is a collection of prompts ("schedulers") designed for use with your own Claude subscription. On purchase you receive access to a private vault containing the schedulers, organized by category, with copy buttons. Access does not expire, though the vault and its contents may be updated over time.

2. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the schedulers for your own business or personal use. You may not resell, redistribute, publish, or share the schedulers or vault access as your own product or with third parties.

3. Payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and processed securely by Stripe. The Scheduler Vault is $97 and the optional Custom Scheduler Pack is $147. You are responsible for any taxes that apply in your jurisdiction.

5. Not affiliated with Anthropic

This is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Anthropic. "Claude" is a trademark of Anthropic, PBC. You are responsible for your own Claude subscription and for complying with Anthropic's usage policies.

6. No guarantee of results

The schedulers are tools. Your results depend on your business, your inputs, your tools, and how you use them. We do not guarantee any specific outcome, revenue, or performance. Nothing here is financial, legal, or professional advice.

7. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Product lawfully and not to use it to generate spam, deceptive content, or anything that violates applicable laws or third-party rights.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this site and within the vault — text, design, and the schedulers themselves — is owned by us and protected by copyright, except for third-party marks which belong to their owners.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Product is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Product. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, with an updated date shown above.
